Persona development for an online brokerage
I was tasked with developing an initial set of personas for an online brokerage startup. These six came out of insights gathered primarily from research papers and interviews with the sales team. These will continue to evolve as we interview potential customers and gather deeper insights.
These were created using the Page Designer Block feature in Airtable.
