problem: sourcing and recruiting for multiple positions and office markets a lot of work. once a candidate is a not-right-now, it's nearly impossible to remember to follow-up with them once they've had time to improve. 

recruiter outcomes: 

  • add a HangOn candidate's key information (role, market, relevant links, comments, etc)

  • select candidate's level of potential, which determines a calculated follow-up date

  • receive email reminders when follow-up dates occur and are overdue

lesson learned: 

  • when a product is intended to be quick-use, it's a good idea to try to eliminate unnecessary thinking or calculation moments
