goal: prepare for initial mobile app development, leading to automated business operations: help food and beverage admins schedule food donation pickups
food donor outcomes:
- select food donation type and vehicle size requirement for pickup
- confirm pickup location and timing
product features:
- donation detail entry (food type) and vehicle size selection (amount)
- pickup scheduling (location & time)
lesson learned:
- it can be hard for founders to focus on MVP - it's like asking them to choose their favorite children
